Orienteering is an exciting outdoor adventure sport which involves walking or running whilst navigating around a course using a detailed map and sometimes a compass.
Navigation
It's a great adventure to be out on the Lake District mountains but knowing how to use a map and compass is essential. Navigation is an essential skill if you are considering getting out and about in the mountains - for your own safety. Get on a course and hone up your skills.
Children's Adventure Play
Younger children will love adventure play including zip-wire, archery, climbing, slides, maze, low ropes, orienteering. There's also hard play centred on a castle complete with a ballpool, tunnels and ramparts, a rope bridge and even a smoke breathing dragon
