We are conveniently situated 4 miles from Ullswater and 8 miles (15 mins drive) from Keswick and Penrith. If arriving off the M6 J40 at Penrith take the A66 west towards Keswick. Turn left at Troutbeck (not the Troutbeck nr Windermere) onto the A5091, we are 1.25 miles down the road on the right, on a sharp left hand bend.
