Rock Lynn is a detached bungalow set in an elevated position above Braithwaite village with the most fabulous views over the village towards Skiddaw, the Helvellyn range and right round to Barrow. Superbly fitted and equipped with everything and more to ensure a wonderful stay in the Keswick area. Outside there is a large private patio complete with barbeque enabling you to spend some quality time with family whilst enjoying the stunning views. Full gas central heating and double glazing. The lounge is lovely and bright has an open fire in a pine surround and two comfortable leather settees. There are fabulous views towards the fells from the main bay window and side window. This is a perfect room in which to relax and just look out towards the views. The newly refurbished dining kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher microwave, and patio doors which lead to the patio area. Off the kitchen there is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two very comfortable bedrooms, one double room with a super king size bed and coordinating fabrics. The front bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. The second bedroom is again well finished and has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have zip-linked beds which means that either room can be made up as a double or a twin room. If you require a change in configuration of beds. (eg two doubles or two twin rooms) a charge will be made. This is a lovely, bright bungalow with plenty of space, private parking to the front for up to four cars, a private patio to the side with picnic bench and the most exceptional views towards numerous fells. Rock Lynn is an ideal property where you can escape and relax but within striding distance of the pubs and shop and superb walking from the doorstep. To the back of the bungalow there is a steep grassed area where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the fells. 

Rose Bank Cottage

Imagine a pretty lakeland cottage which backs onto open fields with superb fell views and a little running beck at the bottom of the large private garden. The setting provided by Rose Bank Cottage is idyllic for a relaxing family holiday in peaceful surroundings. This lovely home from home has a warm inviting appearance which is further accentuated by the log-burning stove to enjoy cosy nights in. Great base for many local walks and only a short stroll to the village shop and pubs. Free unlimited WI-FI. Private Parking.

As you enter the cottage you will notice the unusual layout. The lounge has windows to the front and patio doors to the back allowing lots of light into the lounge and dining areas. The lounge has patio doors leading to the patio and garden areas where you can sit and enjoy the lovely Lakeland views. The kitchen has electric oven & gas hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast table and chairs. From the kitchen there is a small utility/drying area with a washer/dryer and space for coats and boots. The main bathroom is on the ground floor and has bath, WC and wash hand basin and is decorated in Laura Ashley prints. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The twin bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, drawers etc. and also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and cupboards and the third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, drawers etc and views towards Skiddaw. There is parking on the driveway for two cars and a large garden with patio furniture to the back of the cottage. The garden is very private and backs onto fields and fells This is a perfect place to get away from town but yet be within easy walking to the shop, local restaurant and pubs which all serve food. Tucked away on the edge of Keswick, this private peaceful haven sleeping up to 6 guests will make an ideal base for exploring all the Lake District has to offer. For those wishing for peace and quiet, beautiful walks from the doorstep, and glorious fell views, this fabulous newly-renovated bungalow will make the perfect choice.

As you enter the property you will find yourself in the the heart of the accommodation; the open plan kitchen, dining room and living room offers ample space to gather and socialise with friends and family. The impressive kitchen will certainly tempt you to cook and dine in during your stay. Here you will find everything you need and more; double ovens, warming tray, electric hob with extractor, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and wine cooler. There is plenty of counter space, storage in cupboards and even a pantry.

The large dining table makes for the perfect place to gather together and enjoy a hearty homecooked meal, or a place to spread out your maps and guidebooks ready to plan the next adventure. Pinecroft is a very pleasant detached bungalow, accommodating up to 5 guests, situated on Eleventrees on the eastern side of Keswick with western views toward Grisedale Pike. The property has fantastic features and facilities including private parking, large garden, and quality furnishings.

The bungalow is well situated in a popular peaceful location on the outskirts of Keswick with a well-maintained mature garden and fell views. The large level patio area extends from the driveway up to and around the property, with lots of interesting features and nooks to explore including a fountain, fish pond and barbeque area. There is also a bike shelter with anchor points.

As you enter the home you will find the welcoming open-plan kitchen/diner with quality appliances and fittings well-stocked for your holiday. There is a spacious dining table, seating and TV making this an ideal place for socialising with friends and family while you cook and dine. Views from the dining area are wonderful as you look over Keswick to towards Grisedale Pike where the sun sets. Moving into the tastefully decorated living room you will find two comfortable leather sofas, smart TV and feature log effect gas fire.
