The bespoke kitchen dining room, with fabulous Catbells feature wall, is the perfect place to gather with family/friends and recount the days adventures while you cook and dine.The kitchen comes complete with spacious round dining table, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and plenty of cupboard/counter space. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with some complimentary pods for a coffee on arrival.

The lovely sun room, with underfloor heating, overlooks the patio and there is a ground floor WC off this room. The living room has two vibrant sofas, electric feature fire and smart TV. The shelving unit houses a selection of books to choose from while you enjoy some relaxation time.

Moving upstairs, to the back of the cottage is the sunny yellow twin bedroom with window seat and brand new ensuite shower room. The master bedroom is at the front of the cottage and comes complete with king-size bed, window bench, plenty of storage and a smart TV. Both bedrooms will be made up with luxury white bed linen and fresh towels for your arrival. The second shower room is between the two bedrooms. Head up the stairs to the second floor and younger visitors will love the little hideaway that awaits, complete with seating, beanbags, and TV.

To the rear of the cottage is a pretty enclosed patio area, a sun-trap for most of the day, with seating so you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast on sunny morning or a glass of wine after a day of exploring.

Alison's View

Alison's View is a delightful, modern terraced cottage which offers accommodation for 2-4 people over three floors. Ideally situated in a small lane only a two minute stroll from Keswick town centre. The property provides a perfect base for those wishing to fell walk, tour or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake District.

The cottage is beautifully furnished, great attention to detail has been put into the decoration of each room and all the furniture is of excellent quality. On entering the Cottage the front door leads to entrance lobby with access to the large garage providing secure parking for one car plus ample storage for bikes, pushchairs etc. It also has a utility area with sink and additional storage space. The back door leads to a paved patio area with garden furniture. Stairs from the entrance lobby lead to the first floor landing. From the landing a door leads to the open plan living area. There is a good sized, comfortable lounge with two settees, TV, and various pictures of Lakeland fells. A selection of tourist information, Lake District magazines and books are in the living room cupboard. Alongside the lounge is the beautiful newly fitted kitchen and dining area, with all the modern facilities as you would expect from your kitchen at home, so whether you eat out every night or stay in and play Gordon Ramsay, we are sure you will find everything you need. There is an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard space, plus lovely views towards Latrigg & Skiddaw. The dining area has a pine table and chairs. Byways sleeps up to 4, with one double room and one twin. There is a lovely cosy feel to this property, which is set in a quiet area. There is a landscaped patio to the side of the house which offers a great place to sit. Also perfect for those holidaying with their dog, as the property accepts pets by prior arrangement. Byways is presented to a high standard being graded 4 Star. 

Byways is a traditional Lakeland end of terrace set in a quiet area within a 5 minute walk to the centre of Keswick. There is a very welcoming feel to this property. The landscaped garden and patio area to the side offers a great place for those wishing to dine alfresco, or bring your dog as the cottage accepts pets by arrangement.

As you enter the cottage you walk directly into the spacious open plan lounge and dining area with wooden floors, dining table with 4 chairs, two sofas and the lovely gas burning stove which makes for a great feature in the lounge. Mountain View

Mountain View is a fantastic two bedroom apartment that offers the ideal place to relax with family and friends, situated within easy walking distance of Keswick Market Square and Derwentwater lakeshore. The apartment is located in Heads Road Court, a little hidden courtyard super close to the lake, but in the town centre.

The free, allocated parking certainly helps breathe a sigh of relief when you arrive. Mountain View is the top floor apartment in the small, quiet, block, which is half residential, half holiday accommodation.

Being the penthouse apartment may mean a healthy trot up three flights of stairs, but it certainly has the best views! You can’t beat the views of Skiddaw to one side and towards the lake and Borrowdale on the other. Don’t fear if you have outdoor equipment, or a big buggy, we have secure storage in the courtyard, where you can keep your things safe during your stay.
