We offer Luxury Lodges, Apartments, Cottages, Holiday Home Caravans, Timber Lodges, Canadian Cabins, Glamping Pods and two large Luxury Houses sleeping up to 10 people. Many of our properties are located directly on the banks of the river Greta, offering relaxing views from your own private decking or seating area.

Accommodation
Apartments - We have six spacious, very comfortable holiday apartments on the park. All of our holiday apartments sleep 4 people with optional extra put-up-bed if needed. The apartments are very comfortably furnished and decorated and are always kept meticulously clean. Each apartment has central heating, a double and twin bedroom, a balcony overlooking the river, living area and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. All gas, electricity and bed linen are included at no extra cost, however, please bring your own towels.
Luxury Lodges - We offer a variety of luxury lodges, all bespoke and sleeping between 2 - 6 people. A selection of lodges are located on the riverside, some are located slightly further back, all are beautifully finished with private decking and spacious, luxury interiors.
Holiday Cottages - We have a selection of self catering holiday cottages, ranging from two to three bedrooms with a choice of riverside or garden.
Briery House & Greta House - our largest properties both of which are newly renovated, offering large group accommodation for nine to ten people. Both houses are finished to a high standard, with fully equipped kitchens with large fridge/freezers, dishwashers, washer/dryers and gas oven & hobs. All towles and bed linen are provided.
Static caravans - Our fleet of caravans are all brand new since 2020 and range from 2 - 3 bedroom, sleeping 4/6 people. Some caravans are situated up flights of steps so please be sure to read the descriptions before booking if you have mobility issues.
Glamping pods - Equipped for two people, they have a shower room with toilet and basin, full size double bed, sofa, TV and dining table. They don’t have full cooking facilities but do have a kitchen sink, microwave, a small refrigerator, toaster, kettle and enough dishes and utensils for your takeaway or microwave meals. Three pods are located on the riverbank, one pod is located away from the riverbank, all have an outside seating area and barbecue stands.
Timber Lodges - These lodges each sleep four people consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Lounges have sliding patio doors onto the river bank and have a view down the river where the friendly (and ever hungry) ducks help make the location idyllic. All lodges have fully fitted kitchens, a shower room (not bath), their own private patio with furniture.
Canadian Cabins - Our cosy log cabins each sleep four people in two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bunk bedroom. There is a lovely shower room with toilet and basin. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with an ice box and plenty of cupboards and storage. The lounge has patio doors onto the decked seating area outside. There is a dining table with seating for four people. The log cabins are heated throughout by gas fired central heating and there is ample parking nearby.

Directions From Penrith:
M6 Junction 40, follow the signs to Keswick on the A66. Take the 1st slip road into Keswick off the A66 and select the right hand lane on the slip road labelled Low Briery. Drive under the bridge, Low Briery is located on the left.
Directions from South Lakes:
Follow A591 to Keswick. Continue down Chestnut Hill then follow the signs for Penrith making a right turn off Chestnut Hill. Continue following the signs for Penrith, you will drive under a bridge and Low Briery is located on the left hand side.
