At Grassmoor Guest House, we offer bed and breakfast accommodation in a relaxed, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Centrally located in Keswick, Grassmoor is only a couple of minutes' walk from the Market Square and its shops, restaurants and pubs and equally close to the Keswick Convention Centre. Scenic Derwentwater and the renowned Theatre by the Lake are all a leisurely 10 minute walk.
We have 3 recently refurbished ensuite bedrooms, all with double glazed windows, tea and coffee making facilities, a silent fridge and a flat screen TV.
We take pride in the quality of our breakfast, offering a variety of choices to suit every appetite. Start the day with our seasonal fresh fruit salad or a bowl of traditionally made porridge. For a hearty breakfast, choose our traditional full English including speciality handmade Cumberland sausage and dry cured bacon from our local butcher . If you fancy something lighter, then why not try Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or homemade blueberry pancakes. Special dietary needs can be catered for, whether you're vegetarian, vegan or if you need gluten or wheat/dairy free food.
If you aren't sure about where to go or what to do, we have a selection of guidebooks and leaflets and are always happy to offer advice on local activities. We have secure cycle storage and if the weather isn't so good can help dry your wet clothes and boots. Free wi-fi is available for all our guests.
