Get ready for a flavoursome fiesta as the Skiddaw Dining Club prepares for a Spanish Tasting Night

The newly launched Skiddaw Dining Club is thrilled to announce its first official dining event taking place at the Skiddaw Hotel on Thursday 21^st March. An exquisite Spanish Tasting Night complete with live music will take place in the hotel’s restaurant, Brasserie 31, from 6pm-9pm and is set to tantalise tastebuds.

Inspired by the rich culinary tapestry of Spain, the Skiddaw Dining Club invites discerning foodies to indulge in a sumptuous seven-course Spanish Tasting Menu meticulously crafted by Head Chef, Bobby Fillingham. Drawing from his extensive cooking experience which spans over 18 years living and working in the Balearics, Chef Bobby promises to infuse each dish with heartfelt passion and a deep-rooted connection to Spanish cuisine.

Diners will be treated to a symphony of seven cultural dishes, reminiscent of "mum's cooking", which will each individually be introduced by Chef Bobby himself. From classic favourites to innovative creations, each course will take diners on a journey through the sun-kissed regions of Spain.

Customers will also receive a complimentary glass of Spanish cava on arrival and have the opportunity to participate in a complimentary Spanish wine tasting presented by Grapevine; with the option to purchase any of the wines to complement their meal.

Adding to the ambiance will be the enchanting melodies of Spanish guitarist Scott Robertson, creating an authentic and immersive cultural experience for diners. Guests will be serenaded by the soul-stirring rhythms of Spain throughout the duration of their meal.

Tickets for this extraordinary dining experience are priced at £50 per person, inclusive of the seven-course tasting menu and a glass of exquisite Spanish Cava. However, members of the Skiddaw Dining Club are entitled to an exclusive 10% discount, bringing the cost down to just £45 per person. Valued at over £65, the seven-course menu promises a decadent array of authentic Spanish delicacies at a great price.

Membership to the Skiddaw Dining Club is complimentary, offering a host of additional benefits including a 10% discount on food in Brasserie 31 every Tuesday and Wednesday, along with a complimentary prosecco to celebrate their birthday.
