Arendelle In The Lake District 

The enchanting Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, nestled in the heart of Borrowdale, welcomed the beloved sisters of Arendelle, Anna and Elsa, on Sunday 26^th November, for a fabulous Frozen-themed afternoon tea.

Due to the overwhelming success of last year's event, the sisters returned to spread their icy magic and create memories that will warm hearts throughout the kingdom.

The day was a whirlwind of enchantment with seven half-hour meet-and-greet slots commencing at 11:30 am. Little princes and princesses from Cumbria had the chance to join the festivities, featuring story time, a Frozen sing-along, and, of course, abundant moments for photos and warm hugs.

Not only did the children have the opportunity to bask in the regal presence of Anna and Elsa, but a glitter tattoo station added an extra sparkle to the day.

Elsa, wielding her magical powers, transformed the hotel's function suite into a winter wonderland, creating an immersive experience for lucky children who were welcomed into the room every 30 minutes.

The meet-and-greet sessions seamlessly flowed into a Frozen-inspired afternoon tea held in the hotel's Lake View Restaurant. Families were treated to a delightful spread of seasonal treats, allowing both young and old to indulge in the festive flavours. It was a feast fit for royalty, with every dish a testament to the magic of the Christmas season.

For those who missed this year's magical affair, fear not! The Frozen-themed event is also set to return next year, promising an even more spectacular event filled with snowflakes, smiles, and sisterly love.
