Website Visitor Survey Prize Draw T&C’s

1.Entry to the competition is free and does not require any purchase of goods or services. Your details will only be used in relation to the competition.

2.By entering you agree to these terms and conditions.

3.Your data will be held in accordance with the standard procedures laid down in current Data Protection legislation to ensure that the personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with any third parties. Data will be deleted once the prize draw winner has been notified and accepted the prize.

4.The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Keswick Tourism Association, their families, members or anyone else associated with the Prize Draw.

5.Only one entry per person permitted.

6.Keswick Tourism Association cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries, all of which will be deemed invalid.

7.The survey will close no later than 31st July 2021.

8.The winner(s) of the Prize Draw will be drawn at random once the survey has closed and notified by email no later than 2 weeks after the draw date. Keswick Tourism Association’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.The winner will have the choice of 1 of 3 prizes (hardback book, activity voucher or Amazon voucher to the value of £20). There will only be 1 winner, to be chosen at random, and 1 prize which will be allocated at random.

10.If the Prize is not claimed within 2 weeks of the winner being notified, Keswick Tourism Association reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.

11.Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative.

12.Winner's details will be available for 6 months after the draw by sending a SAE to Keswick Tourism Association at the address below.

13.Keswick Tourism Association reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
