On Wednesday, 28th May at 6:30 PM, we’ll be hosting A Spirited Evening: A Journey with Pennington Spirits – an event that’s about more than just dinner. It’s a celebration of local flavours, community, and craftsmanship, where every bite and every sip tells a Cumbrian story.

Our Head Chef, Bobby Fillingham, has carefully curated a four-course menu, including delights like smoked duck breast glazed with honeycomb gin liqueur. While Matt from Pennington Spirits shares the stories behind each spirit, giving guests a behind-the-scenes look at how traditional distilling techniques and inventive recipes come together in a truly local product.
