Keswick Choral Society presents a wonderful uplifting programme of music to celebrate the joys of Spring , conducted by Ian Hare. Works include John Rutter's setting of traditional folk songs "The Sprig of Thyme"; Dvorak's "Te Deum";extracts from Mendelssohn's "Elijah"; Vaughn William's "Five Mysical Songs" and the magnificent Easter Hymn from the opera Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni. We are delighted to be joined by our soloists Nikki Martin (soprano), Jonny Hill (baritone), accompanied on the organ and piano by David T Shingler in the historic St John's Church in the heart of Keswick
