This Usui Reiki I course includes teachings, meditations and attunements to support you to achieve the required skill and knowledge level to become a Reiki I practitioner.

The aim of the course is for students to safely and competently learn the Usui system of Reiki and on completion of the course be able to give Reiki to themselves, friends, family and pets. Reiki is normally taught in a group so we can share our special journey with others and learn from each other’s experience.

Through teachings and group discussion we will learn:

What is Reiki? The history of Reiki and Usui Reiki lineage, Understanding Chakras and the energy system, Different ways of delivering Reiki, Self-care for Reiki healers, How we can talk about Reiki and explain it to others.

Throughout the course we learn and practice breathing methods, meditations, and visualisations to support our learning and healing process.

You will have 4 attunements over the 2 days. These will be 1:1 with the tutor in a separate space from the other students. We will have plenty of opportunities to practice Reiki on the course.

This 2-day course runs from 9.00 – 5.30 each day and includes a comprehensive manual & refreshments.
