David, eccentric thespian and Shakespeare afficionado, drastically interrupts his film director nephew’s life, when Simon gets sucked into helping him through his final years. Everything that could go wrong does go wrong, but the resulting documentary is a celebration of David's life and independence, and a touching exploration of the trials of caring and ageing.

The film is being screened as part of a series of films, events and exhibitions entitled 'Growing Old (Dis)Gracefully in Keswick' - find out more here.
