What's included?

• A warm welcome from the moment you arrive and 2 nights full board stay in beautiful ensuite accommodation at The Acorn Hotel in Keswick, at the heart of the Lake District. This beautiful traditional Georgian guest house has individually designed rooms with traditional charm and luxury modern features. There is secure onsite parking, and a quiet outdoor seating area to enjoy the fresh air

• An award-winning cooked breakfast is served on each morning of your stay. You'll also be served delicious lunches and an evening meal provided in the local restaurant on one evening. The first evening a light supper will be served in the hotel. Hot beverages, bottled water and refreshments will be provided throughout your stay. All dietary needs can be catered for, please just let us know upon booking

• Workshops to ignite your inner healing, guided meditations, gentle mindful movement and total relaxation, Yoga Nidra and

  a fire ceremony

• Stone circle trip with guided meditation practice at one of the most atmospheric and dramatically sited of all British stone circles. Enjoy panoramic views and the mountains of Helvellyn and High Seat as a backdrop (weather dependent)

• Time to explore within walking distance the world-famous Keswick Town Centre and Derwent Water
