From Keswick: Take the A66 west towards Cockermouth. At Braithwaite turn west onto the B5292 for Lorton. Follow Visitor Centre Sign Posts.
A fun and friendly running based group session, to build your confidence, skill, speed, and enjoyment of trail running. Each session will be different, with meet points anywhere between Whinlatter Forest and Keswick. Some weeks we will throw in a few running based strength and core exercises too! We run/walk for up to an hour, and all abilities can be catered for. Get in touch if you are not sure!
