Located on the beautiful Borrowdale valley, Field House Holiday Lets offers panoramic vistas of Derwentwater, Skiddaw, Catbells, Maiden Moor, High Spy, Grange Fell, Black Crag, Troutdale Pinnacle, Shepherds Crag and Little Chamonix on our doorstep.
Field House Lodge
Our double-glazed one bedroom cedar wood cabin can accommodate up to 2 adults.
- Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner - Electric wood-burning effect stove, 4-seater sofabed, Flat Screen Smart TV, DVD & CD
- Extendable table and 2 chairs.
- Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
- Master Bedroom - King sized 5' divan bed, which can split into 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 wardrobes, 2 chairs, mirror with vanity shelf and hair-dryer, a safe and an electric radiator.
- Shower-room with large enclosure, electric shower, toilet, basin, mirror and electric towel rail
- Outside garden area with table and four chairs and washing line.
Field House Bothy
Our open plan studio apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults. It is wheelchair friendly.
- Wide entrance with low door threshold.
- Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner with slate floor -Electric wood-burning effect stove, 2 tub chairs Freesat TV, DVD & CD
- Dinning table and 2 chairs, suitable for wheelchair too.
- Slate worktops, ceramic hob cooker, kettle and toaster. Microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher are at wheelchair height.
- Bedroom - 4'6" Electric bed, 2 bedside table wardrobes, mirror with vanity shelf and hair-dryer.
- Wet-room with toilet, basin, mirror and electric towel rail, Environmentally friendly detergent provided.
- Shower seat, grab rails and mobility aids available on request.
- Outside garden area with table and chairs and wonderful views of Skiddaw and Catbells.

Our Cottage is a mix of old world charm with all the luxury of the 21st century.
- Bedroom - King size four poster bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, mirror with vanity shelf and hair-dryer, a safe.
- En-suite shower-room with shower, toilet, basin, mirror and electric towel rail, Environmentally friendly detergent provided.
- Open plan Living space - slate floor with underfloor heating, 2 snuggle chairs, real wood-burning stove, Freesat TV, DVD & CD
- Dinning table and 2 chairs.
- Slate worktop, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
- Private garden area - Private hot tub, table and chairs.

4 miles south of Keswick. Take the B5289 to Borrowdale. On your way down you will pass the banks of Derwentwater on your right. You will pass 3 hotels with bars and good restaurants, The Mary Mount Hotel (0.8 miles away), The Lodore Spa Hotel (0.6 miles away) and The Borrowdale Hotel (0.2 miles away). We are the 2nd left after the Borrowdale Hotel. If you get as far as Leathes Cottage, you have gone too far!
